Competitive (Weekly Pay) Job Overview Aerotek is immediately hiring a Warehouse Administrator for a brand new distribution center in Burlington, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative or logistics professional to join a growing operation from the ground up. The role supports daily warehouse and shipping operations through documentation control, data entry, scheduling, and coordination with drivers and carriers. Qualified candidates may interview and start immediately. What We Offer ✅ Weekly Pay ✅ Benefits within first 30 days Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan ✅ Long‑term temp‑to‑permanent opportunity ✅ Brand‑new, modern office facility ✅ Stable 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri) ✅ Opportunity to grow with a new distribution center Key Responsibilities Print, review, and audit open Bills of Lading (BOLs) and distribute them to warehouse personnel for processing and shipping Audit shipped BOLs and process them in SAP to update inventory and shipping records Determine freight charges and accurately input them into SAP Schedule inbound deliveries and outbound shipments with external trucking companies Check in drivers upon arrival and assign them to appropriate dock doors Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and logistics records Run reports, identify discrepancies, and support inventory reconciliation Provide clerical and administrative support to warehouse and logistics teams as needed Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory support Strong data entry and inventory management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , preferably including pivot tables Working knowledge of SAP and logistics/shipping processes Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent organizational, clerical, and administrative abilities Professional communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Work Environment Office‑based role within a warehouse/distribution setting Brand‑new, clean, and organized facility Collaborative and growing team environment How to Apply Apply today for immediate consideration . ✅ Qualified candidates may interview and start right away. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
