Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Facilities Technician to manage warehouse operations, inventory handling, and general facility organization.
This role is responsible for:
Receiving, storing, and tracking inventory (non-cannabis supplies) Supporting production with materials and supplies Maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment Ensuring accurate inventory and supply availability This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies Organize warehouse layout for efficiency and accessibility Maintain clean, safe, and compliant storage areas Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records Conduct cycle counts and periodic audits Investigate and resolve discrepancies Production Support Provide materials to production teams as needed Coordinate with purchasing on inbound deliveries Ensure timely availability of supplies Organization & Facility Support Maintain clean and organized common areas and storage spaces Manage supply levels and restocking needs Support general facility organization tasks Coordination Communicate with purchasing, operations, and maintenance teams Ensure smooth flow of materials across departments Success Metrics (KPIs): Inventory accuracy % (target: >98%) Receiving accuracy % Stockout frequency (target: minimal/zero) Cycle count completion rate % Warehouse organization audit score Internal team satisfaction (production support)
Qualifications:
2-4+ years of warehouse or operations experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with inventory tracking systems preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and proactive mindset
What Success Looks Like:
Inventory is consistently accurate and organized Materials are always available when needed Warehouse operations run smoothly without disruption The facility is clean, organized, and efficient Internal teams are well-supported

This role ensures the physical flow and availability of materials that support production and daily operations. Without strong performance here, production delays, inefficiencies, and operational friction increase.
