Job Summary:

The Warehouse and Logistics Associate supports Human-I-T's mission by ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of donated technology throughout warehouse, inventory, and outbound logistics operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, data security, and environmental sustainability. The position requires physical capability, attention to detail, and collaboration in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Job Responsibilities /

Duties:

Receive, sort, label, and organize donated technology for reuse, recycling, or distribution. Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records. Pick, pack, palletize, and stage outbound shipments. Load and unload trucks and move materials safely. Remove and handle data-bearing components following security protocols. Operate warehouse equipment as assigned. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all safety, security, and SOP guidelines. Support cross-functional warehouse and logistics needs.

This role requires a dependable and detail-oriented individual who can balance physical warehouse tasks with accurate system-based tracking and compliance requirements. The associate must work effectively in a regulated, mission-driven environment, demonstrating reliability, safety awareness, adaptability, and teamwork while supporting daily logistics and warehouse operations.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or inventory roles preferred.

Work Context:

Indoors, situated in a secure, NAID AAA and ISO-certified warehouse environment requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs as an operational necessity to meet time-sensitive deadlines while maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards.
