Warehouse Associate Service Duluth, GA, US Proficient (O11) Full-time
DESCRIPTION
Maytronics, a leading provider of innovative pool cleaning solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join the team.

The Warehouse Associate supports efficient warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. This role also supports inventory accuracy, facility organization, and safety compliance. The associate may operate material-handling equipment (e.g., forklift) once trained and certified and performs other manual tasks as assigned. This is an in-office position based in our Duluth, GA location.
Responsibilities:
  • Receiving & processing shipments: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices; report discrepancies or damage.
  • Inventory management: Store and organize materials in designated locations; perform cycle counts and report variances.
  • Order fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders to specification; ensure accuracy, labeling, and on-time shipment.
Shipping:
Prepare shipping documents and labels; coordinate carrier pickups/deliveries; load/unload trucks while minimizing damage.
  • Warehouse maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; perform basic equipment checks and report issues.
  • Safety compliance: Follow required safety procedures and PPE requirements; report hazards, near-misses, and incidents to a lead/supervisor.
  • Team collaboration: Communicate clearly and work cross-functionally to keep receiving, storage, and shipping activities running smoothly.
  • Quality & continuous improvement: Follow SOPs and quality checks; identify and escalate process issues and support continuous improvement efforts.
Cross Training:
The successful candidate will cross train in repair and refurbishment processes.
  • Other duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) after training/certification, as applicable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory transactions and order processing.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or varied shifts during peak periods, as needed.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to move throughout the warehouse and access storage locations by standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, and squatting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions in the warehouse and on the loading dock.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) as assigned.
