Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse tasks such as order fulfillment, stocking, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth warehouse distribution processes, accurate order picking and packing, and safe operation of equipment like forklifts and reach trucks. Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently Must be comfortable in cold and hot environments Perform order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment for customers Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain clean work areas to optimize warehouse space and safety standards Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, preparing items for dispatch, and updating inventory records in systems like ERP system (strong attention to detail/accuracy) Work in our ERP system; must read, write, and understand English Assist with cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation to maintain precise stock levels Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, unloading deliveries, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders Follow safety protocols at all times during operation of equipment such as pallet jacks and load/unload zones while adhering to company policies Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment with proper certification preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or MRP software for inventory control and order processing Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processes in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Experience with picking & packing orders efficiently using RF scanners or manual methods in e-commerce or distribution settings Knowledge of warehouse safety standards including proper handling of materials and equipment operation Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock management and quality assurance Embark on a rewarding career where your energy drives our success!
