5 days/week | Minimum 6 hours per shift Overview International Logistics company is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced logistics and freight operation base in Springfield Gardens, Queens (NY). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability. 2 Shifts available: 8:00am - 3:30pm 1:00pm -8:30pm Key Responsibilities Perform cargo sorting, labeling, and general freight handling Assist with loading and unloading shipments Accurately process basic shipping and receiving documentation Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse floor Operate forklift equipment (where applicable) Utilize warehouse systems for basic data entry and tracking Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior warehouse experience required Forklift experience required or strongly preferred Certification can be obtained or renewed if needed Experience handling freight, cargo, or logistics operations preferred Comfortable with basic computer use and data entry Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Requirements Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
