Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving and storing shipments, ensuring inventory is maintained and organized, and assisting in the daily operations within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be able to perform tasks with attention to detail while also being able to follow instructions and learn new procedures.

Essential Functions:

Forklift expereince preferred

• Receive incoming shipments and ensure inventory is maintained and organized.
• Load and unload incoming shipments.
• Prepare outgoing pallets for shipment.
• Assist in receiving pallets of product.
• Assist in the loading of product into trucks.
• Clean warehouse areas daily.
• Report any safety issues or damage to warehouse structures to appropriate management immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Must be able to work with limited supervision throughout the day.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while following all company safety procedures.
• Must be able to work weekends when needed.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (3) three to (5) five years with general warehouse experience preferred. Ability to lift 50 lbs. at a time without assistance.
