Warehouse Associate

Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and be at the heart of our distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth warehouse functions, from receiving and shipping to order fulfillment and inventory management. 1st shift Monday through Friday 7:00 am -3:30pm. Pay rate is $18 an hour. 1st shift Monday through Thursday 5:00 am -3:30pm. Pay rate is $18 an hour. 2nd shift Monday through Friday. 3:30 pm -12am. Pay rate is $20 an hour. Weekend position Friday through Sunday 6am -6:30pm. Pay rate is $21 an hour. Responsibilities Safely load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements accurately Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency Stock shelves, bins, and storage areas to maintain organized inventory levels Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents Utilize basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order picking and packing Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks and ensuring timely delivery of goods Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or order pickers is highly desirable Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or MRP software is a plus Ability to use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order picking efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stocking and order fulfillment tasks Basic math proficiency for counting items and verifying quantities accurately Ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods during shifts Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members #
