Job Type Full-time Onsite in Washington, MO Pay Starting at $20.00 per hour Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime may be required based on business needs Position Summary Hodges Badge Company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Materials Handler to join our warehouse team. This position plays an important role in supporting manufacturing operations by receiving, organizing, storing, and delivering materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Receiving & Inventory Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and quality Store materials in designated warehouse locations Maintain organized inventory and warehouse areas Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies Material Handling Retrieve and deliver materials to production departments Accurately track materials issued to manufacturing Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently Support rush orders and priority production needs General Warehouse Duties Maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy and quality Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues Participate in meetings and training programs Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, receiving and/or material handling experience preferred Forklift certification preferred or willingness to become certified Valid driver's license required Basic math and counting skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized and manage priorities Ability to distinguish colors and patterns, with or without corrective lenses Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 70 pounds Ability to move heavy pallets safely Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Ability to safely operate forklifts and manual pallet jacks Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance AD&D insurance Identity protection insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) with company match PTO accrual beginning immediately upon hire Up to 10 paid holidays Additional Perks Temperature-controlled facility Team-oriented work environment Employee referral bonus program Equal Opportunity Employer Hodges Badge Company, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
