Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities Manage and coordinate warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods Oversee inventory control processes using ERP systems to maintain accurate stock levels Collaborate with procurement team Plan transportation logistics, including freight, dispatching, fleet management, and third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships Supervise materials handling, packaging, picking & packing, and order fulfillment operations to maximize efficiency Implement process improvements through data analysis skills and supply chain analytics to enhance overall operations management Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of equipment such as forklifts and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or related roles within supply chain or logistics environments Familiarity with demand planning, category management, procurement, and sourcing strategies Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking, dispatching, and materials handling Ability to analyze data for process improvement initiatives and supply chain optimization Certification in forklift operation or relevant warehouse safety standards is preferred but not required Join us to be part of an innovative team dedicated to excellence in logistics! Pay:

$24.33 - $29.30 per hour
