Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse & CTL (saw) Machine Operator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating warehouse equipment and saw machines to support our distribution operations. Your focus will be on maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment while ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely shipping and receiving processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced e-commerce and warehouse distribution setting, utilizing your skills in material handling, inventory, and equipment operation. Franklin Industrial Park. Trains a few weeks on 1st shift, 6am
  • 2:30pm. Transfer to home shift which is 12pm
  • 8:30pm $20
  • $22 p/hr Duties Operate forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, and organize materials within the warehouse Manage order picking, packing, and shipping processes using RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurate order fulfillment Handle stock replenishment and inventory control by stocking shelves and conducting regular stock counts Use saw machines for cutting materials accurately according to specifications while adhering to safety protocols Assist with order fulfillment by picking items from inventory using RF scanners and preparing shipments for dispatch Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly Requirements Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory control software Valid forklift certification with experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers Experience with shipping & receiving processes, order picking & packing, and stock management in an e-commerce or distribution setting Ability to operate saw machines safely for material cutting tasks Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations related to order processing Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and productivity goals Join our team to be part of a vibrant logistics operation where your skills directly impact customer satisfaction!
