Warehouse Lead

Job Summary The Warehouse Lead supports daily Distribution Center operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. This role also provides leadership and direction to warehouse team members to ensure productivity, accuracy, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved while upholding company values and operational procedures. Monday - Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm Saturday as needed- Must be available to work at least two Saturdays out of the month. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Review inbound and outbound orders to determine the most efficient methods for organizing, loading, unloading, and shipping products in accordance with Distribution Center Standard Operating Procedures Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, electric stand-up and sit-down lifts, LP trucks, and reach trucks Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to support inventory control and distribution activities Promote a culture of accountability and safety by identifying shipment issues, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring equipment and processes meet operational standards Perform administrative responsibilities such as shipment tracking, scheduling, and providing proof of delivery (POD) documentation as needed Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain safe and efficient work practices Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all warehouse functions Maintain cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards throughout the facility Handle confidential information responsibly and professionally Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers, peers, and leadership Report to work on time and comply with all safety equipment requirements Assist team members and support additional operational needs as assigned Skills & Qualifications Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other warehouse-related systems/applications Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English/Spanish required Previous warehouse experience preferred At least 2 years of warehouse experience required Prior leadership or supervisory experience required Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds Strong ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and communicate effectively under pressure

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Can you work 2 -3 Saturdays out of the month?
