Circle Pines, MN Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, material handling, staging, and inventory movement Coordinate workflow to ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and discrepancy resolution Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently Train and support warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse experience, including leadership or lead responsibilities Strong understanding of material flow, inventory control, and warehouse best practices Forklift experience required; certification preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory and documentation Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to lead by example About Express Employment
