This position plays a key role in managing deliveries, coordinating service calls, ensuring operational compliance, and keeping communication flowing between clients, vendors, field teams, and office staff. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, organization, and logistics coordination Answer company phone calls related to client service requests and communicate service needs promptly to the appropriate field personnel and management team Coordinate and dispatch service calls efficiently to ensure timely response and completion Maintain ongoing communication between clients, technicians, drivers, and office staff regarding scheduling, deliveries, and service updates Coordinate all incoming and outgoing deliveries, shipments, and pickups Perform service runs and travel to client locations to deliver materials, parts, tools, equipment, or documents as needed Allow access for scheduled deliveries, vendors, and subcontractors entering the warehouse Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency throughout the warehouse and storage areas Track inventory, materials, equipment, and tools to ensure accountability and availability Ensure warehouse operations, inventory handling, and delivery procedures remain compliant with company policies, safety standards, and operational requirements Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory movement, service coordination, and warehouse activity Assist in loading and unloading materials when needed Identify operational issues and communicate them proactively to management Qualifications Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to coordinate service requests and communicate effectively with multiple teams simultaneously Professional phone etiquette and customer service experience Ability to work independently and manage daily warehouse operations efficiently Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to travel locally for service runs and deliveries as needed Ability to lift and move materials when necessary Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, dispatching, inventory management, or construction operations preferred Basic computer, scheduling, and communication skills required Preferred Qualities Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and communication abilities Team-oriented mindset with leadership capability Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational efficiency Job Type Full-Time Schedule Monday to Friday Occasional flexibility may be required based on deliveries or service needs Work Location In-person with local travel to job sites and client locations as needed
