Job Description
The Warehouse Manager shall be responsible for the supervision of all daily warehouse functions and shipping personnel. The Manager shall operate a clean, efficient and safe warehouse. This individual will be a working manager. Essential Responsibilities & Expectations Plan daily/weekly/quarterly work schedule Maintain positive work environment Maintain effective communication with TTCo management Insure all orders are pulled, packaged, and shipped promptly Insure completion of all daily and weekly reports Maintain all outstanding stock order and stock transfer reports Manage and maintain all parts stock action on service letters Maintain all contamination control (5 Star) guidelinesInsure all inbound/outbound freight charges are added to customer documents/work orders Monitor action pending reports (counter credits/shop credits)On a daily basis this individual may be required to communicate with any of the following: customers, employees, managers or vendor Maintain "Will Call" file Management of all Shipping Department Personnel Maintain appropriate staff levels Timely completion of training schedule 90 day 2 review - 3 review (training schedule should be attached to appropriate review) Timely completion of shipping department orientation check list Timely completion of all performance reviews (In Birmingham 10 days prior to due date) Qualifications Education High school diploma or the equivalent required. Experience A minimum of 1-3 years' work experience involving shipping related tasks required. Experience using personal computers and basic typing skills are required. Candidates must possess the ability to quickly acquire the following required

Exposure to physical risk, all weather conditions, and standing on hard surfaces for extended periods of time are associated with this position. Physical Requirements Ability to speak, listen, write, and type effectively. Ability to safely reach, kneel, stand, grasp, and stoop as needed. Ability to safely climb on equipment Ability to safely lift items up to 75lbs. Ability to safely operate a vehicle (day and night).
