Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in Cochran, GA. As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for leading and overseeing all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This role ensures the efficient execution of daily inbound and outbound activities while meeting customer requirements and service level agreements. You will own inventory accuracy, operational KPIs, and daily attainment of shipping and receiving goals through effective leadership and process discipline.

Salary:

Annual Salary starting between $60,000 - $70,000, plus great benefits available!

Skills and Qualifications:

3-5 years of warehouse leadership experience required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Operational Expertise:

Proven experience leading warehouse operations with responsibility for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse management systems; experience with Nulogy PackManager is a plus.

KPI Management:

Ability to manage customer KPIs and service metrics effectively.

Leadership Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills to coach and develop team members.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to engage in physical activity and work in a warehouse environment with moving equipment.

Flexibility:

Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed to meet customer requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Lead and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

Shipping & Receiving Ownership:

Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and damage-free handling of goods.

Inventory Management:

Maintain full ownership of inventory integrity and accuracy, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies.

Customer KPI Ownership:

Manage and monitor KPIs daily, including inventory accuracy, on-time receiving, on-time shipping, and order accuracy.

Team Development:

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members, conducting performance evaluations and providing regular feedback.

Safety & Quality Compliance:

Enforce all safety protocols, lead incident investigations, and ensure adherence to customer quality standards.

Continuous Improvement:
