SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Systems & Process Implementation Specialist will support multi-location warehouse operations through product labeling, inventory control initiatives, system rollouts, and process improvements. This role plays a key part in implementing RF scanning, bin location structures, and standardized operating procedures across all locations. Significant travel is required to support on-site rollouts and training. This position reports directly to the Director of Aftermarket Parts Sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following but are not limited to, other duties may be assigned. Assist with labeling products at all warehouse locations. Support receiving and stocking activities to ensure inventory accuracy. Assist with E&O (Excess & Obsolete) inventory projects at all locations. Support the rollout of warehouse bin locations, RF scanning systems, and warehouse procedures. Participate in SOP development and process mapping initiatives. Provide system and field user support related to operational processes. Lead rollout implementation one location at a time, including bin setup and RF deployment. Assist with system conversions, setup support, and user training. Deliver new process rollouts through both online and in-person training sessions. Support continued RF implementation, E&O completion, and operational training efforts.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Associate degree with relevant warehouse systems or ERP implementation experience considered. SAP Business One certification or hands-on experience strongly preferred. Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement certification is a plus. Warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF system training/certification preferred.
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain environments.
Travel:
Travel required 50-75% High volume of travel during implementation, support, and rollout phases
Skills and Abilities:
Working knowledge of SAP Business One preferred. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes. Ability to train and support field users effectively. Experience with process documentation and SOP creation. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple rollouts and priorities simultaneously. Ability to apply common sense and critical thinking to follow written and verbal instructions and resolve issues involving multiple variables within standard guidelines. Proven ability to work independently while managing high travel requirements. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to support field users in real-time operational environments.

Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability during system conversions and process rollouts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and warehouse staff.
