Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating commercial sewing machines to produce high-quality garments, textile products, totes and flags. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment construction and sewing, with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and safety. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, as it demonstrates familiarity with production environments and material handling. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish garments, textile products and flags according to specifications Accurately assemble, stitch, and help construct items in our product line (bags, totes, flags, and various accessories/apparel) Trace fabric patterns and precisely cut raw materials Work and collaborate with other team members to ensure efficiency and quality in sewing/production Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or defects, making necessary adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, safe workstation Follow detailed work orders and production schedules to meet quality standards and deadlines Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed Maintain sewing equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production processes Adhere to safety protocols and company policies throughout all tasks •
