Summary of Position:

Provide quality maintenance support for the residents as directed by the Property Superintendent. Assist in providing for smooth daily operation of the property with regard to maintenance and the overall appearance of the building's grounds.

Essential Functions:

General day-to-day maintenance Grounds upkeep Cleaning of hallways, office, etc. Trash removal coordination will be your responsibility Light Maintenance - assist the superintendent or handyman with basic repairs, hanging lightbulbs, or moving items as requested, etc. The above is intended to describe the essential functions, the general supplemental functions and the essential requirements for the performance of the job. High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Five days a week 8am-12pm

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
