About the Role Our Warehouse Representative works in our Operations department to provide exceptional service to our merchants. This role is responsible for managing inventory controls, creating terminal download files, and programming and testing equipment before shipment to merchant locations. The Warehouse Representative also troubleshoots and resolves technical issues via phone and email while ensuring all deployments are completed within scheduled timeframes. Key Responsibilities As an Operations•Warehouse Representative , you will: Prepare orders by processing work order requests, pulling materials, creating terminal download files, programming and testing devices, packing boxes, and creating shipping labels Responds to inbound inquires via phone and email from clients and merchants Fulfills work order and supply requests within schedule deployment timeframes Efficiently set up and maintain equipment across all company platforms Performs inventory controls and ensures company warehouse is appropriately stocked with essential equipment Identifies opportunities to update or improve warehouse procedures and makes recommendations to upper management Participates in continuously improving their own understanding of payment processing programs and merchant issues Collaborate with team members, internal departments, and upper management to establish guidelines and best practices This is not an exhaustive list of duties/position requirements. Qualifications We are seeking a Warehouse Representative with the following skills and experience: Past experience in technical/customer service is a plus Strong customer service experience Ability to meet job standards for quality, attendance, and scheduled adherence Self-motivated, conscientious, and team oriented This position requires individuals with strong time management skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and systems Willingness to learn new product information and seize opportunities to expand your job knowledge Capability to evolve and excel in a dynamic office atmosphere Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively by telephone and in group meetings and discussions Good typing skills; excellent grammar skills required for electronic responses and recording of conversations and customer complaints Maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment Ability to make appropriate and quick decisions in response to customer issues with consideration for company policy and profitability Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software High School diploma or equivalent is required 1-2 years in Technical Support and/or Customer Service role is preferred Compensation & Benefits USAG offers a competitive hourly salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees: Employee Incentives Paid Vacation Time (Vacation) Medical and Dental/Vision Package Simple IRA A great work environment where your contributions are valued.
