This role focuses on loading and unloading trucks, staging carts, and keeping warehouse operations moving efficiently. Pay & Incentives $19/hour base pay Weekly performance bonuses based on productivity Top performers regularly earn $23+/hour with bonuses Weekly pay Full-time W-2 employment Benefits Health benefits available Paid time off Performance bonus opportunities Stable full-time hours Opportunities for advancement into lead or supervisor roles Job Responsibilities Load and unload warehouse carts and materials from semi trucks and trailers Stage carts and equipment inside the warehouse for technicians Maintain steady workflow between trucks and warehouse operations Organize and stack carts safely and efficiently Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements Work closely with technicians and supervisors to keep production moving Maintain a clean and organized dock and staging area What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable performing physical labor in a warehouse environment Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous warehouse, dock worker, loading/unloading, or material handling experience preferred but not required Must be 18 years or older Authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation No criminal record Schedule Full-time 40 hours per week Day shift 8am - 5pm Why Join ProFleet Industrial Services We believe hard work should be rewarded.
