Responsibilities Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order pickers and RF scanners to ensure timely order fulfillment. Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments, inspecting goods, and coordinating with carriers for delivery schedules. Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access for picking and packing. Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while maintaining quality standards. Support warehouse distribution processes by loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods with equipment like pallet jacks and load/unload machinery. Requirements Proven warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments. Valid certification for operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment preferred. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stocking and order picking tasks. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and operate equipment throughout shifts. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with experience in order fulfillment processes such as picking & packing or e-commerce logistics is a plus.
