The packer will be responsible for worki in this production envoroment, packing the customer orders, and involves physical work, repetitive tasks, and cross-training across several production areas. Prior experience as a packer, packager handler, warehouse worker, warehouse associate, or general production worker would be a good fit for this role. Responsibilities Stand and perform physically demanding tasks for 10-hour shifts in an industrial production environment. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as part of daily production activities. Load coils of coconut fibers into machines to form molds according to production specifications. Work in multiple stages of the production process, including assembly, machine loading, cutting, and spraying. Follow established procedures and safety guidelines while operating equipment and handling materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient production. Participate in training to learn new tasks and production areas, and apply that knowledge consistently. Perform repetitive production tasks with attention to quality and consistency. Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues related to equipment, materials, or product quality. Adapt to varying production demands and support different areas of the manufacturing process as needed. Essential Skills Minimum of 6+ months of experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment. At least 6+ months of experience in a repetitive production environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work during 10-hour shifts. Ability to lift and move at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds as required by the role. Willingness to work in an industrial environment that can become very hot, especially during summer months. Ability to be trained in multiple areas of the production process and apply instructions accurately. High school diploma or GED. Strong work ethic, reliability, and readiness to perform hands-on tasks. Comfort working with machinery, materials, and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aston, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
