We operate the largest Swiss watch repair center in the Northeast, and we're looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our team. Watchmaking is a historic trade that has survived every tech disruption for centuries because it relies on genuine skill and precision. For the right person, this role is often the first step toward a career as a professional watchmaker. The Role You'll be working in a clean, modern facility, training directly under a Certified Watchmaker and our experienced technical team.

Your day-to-day will include:

Case & Bracelet Refinishing:

Cleaning and polishing watch exteriors to professional standards.

Technical Support:

Performing minor repairs and providing general assistance across the repair room.

Skill Development:

Gaining hands-on experience in a specialized environment where many of our senior watchmakers originally started. Who You Are You don't need a background in horology yet, but you do need:

High Manual Dexterity:

You're comfortable working with small parts and have steady hands.

Mechanical Aptitude:

You like figuring out how things work and have a natural knack for tools.

A Solid Attitude:

You work well with others and have a genuine desire to learn a specialized craft.

Local Focus:

You live within an easy commuting distance of Stoneham, MA .

The Details Schedule:

We are open Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
