Wellness Program Anticipated Starting Salary:
$98,100 to $119,900 DOE (Compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, etc.) This position will remain posted until it is filled Water Project Manager - Maple Grove or Woodbury, MN Our growth has created an exciting opportunity for individuals wanting to go beyond an ordinary career while working in an award-winning culture alongside an empowered team of Employee-Owners! The Project Manager will be responsible for the performance of project team members and will work closely with team members to provide high-quality deliverables on time and on budget to AE2S clients. Responsibilities Provide professional services for water engineering projects to include planning, study, design, and construction administration on projects Manage performance of assigned project team members including Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Technicians Maintain existing client relationships and enhance pursued relationships with clients Identify, evaluate, pursue, and manage project opportunities Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work Maintain budgets and schedules of project assignments Coordinate, facilitate, and attend internal and external meetings Provide mentorship for team members. Qualifications Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field Registration as a Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months 10+ years of experience in municipal civil engineering, with a strong interest in Drinking Water Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to travel as required for project/client responsibilities and business development Ability to work remotely and manage projects, clients, and project team members Knowledge of design standards and permitting All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering Project management experience Knowledge of project financials & funding programs Physical Qualifications Ability to walk up to 3-miles on uneven terrain Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time Occasionally climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight May require lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, with rare lifting of up to 50 pounds Ability to inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
