Job description Essential Duties And Responsibilities Level I Perform all light duty assembly functions associated with producing complex catheters such as:
- Braid/Coil creation/application
- Shaft Lamination
- Molding
- Tipping
- Packaging Follow written work instructions and drawings.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, quality documents operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Possess the ability to be flexible in an ever-changing environment. Ability to be Customer Focused, by always striving to meet and exceed customer needs and treating them with top priority no matter how big or small the customer. Possess a team-oriented mind set with integrity. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds. Is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. Has the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus. Works in moderate noise levels. Works in a clean environment with minimal exposure to fumes and dust. Education & Experience Requirements High School diploma or equivalent GED/experience. Previous catheter assembly is preferred but not required.
