Responsibilities Load and unload event rentals, floral décor, candles, arches, and event inventory Drive company cargo vans safely to and from venues Set up and break down weddings and events Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including summer heat Climb ladders safely for draping, hanging décor, installations, and lighting Assist with large-scale event installations and room flips Maintain organization of inventory, warehouse, and vehicles Support the design team with event execution as needed Collaborate with the event planning team to understand setup requirements and timelines Ensure all installations meet safety standards and quality expectations before guest arrival Break down and clean up after events, restoring venues to their original condition promptly Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, reporting any damages or shortages Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate setup schedules and address any on-site issues quickly Requirements Experience setting up weddings or events is preferred Comfortable performing heavy lifting throughout the day Must be comfortable working on ladders Strong attention to detail and ability to follow setup instructions Positive attitude and team-player mentality Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving a cargo van Ability to work long event days when needed Dependable, punctual, and professional Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful events and enjoy working in a lively atmosphere where your contributions make a real difference!
