Weekend Assistant Manager | Modern Storage® Hot Springs

Modern Storage® Hot Springs is hiring a dependable, friendly Weekend Assistant Manager to help with customer service, rentals, office support, and light facility operations. This is a great part-time role for someone who is organized, professional, comfortable talking with customers, and looking for steady weekend hours with a growing local company. What You'll Do Help customers rent storage units Answer phones and assist walk-in customers Follow up with leads and help close rentals Take payments and assist with delinquent account follow-up Keep the office, property, and units clean and presentable Complete light cleaning and minor maintenance tasks Walk the property and report any issues Help maintain supply inventory Assist with basic paperwork, deposits, and reporting Support auctions, move-outs, and unit preparation as needed What We're Looking For Strong customer service skills Professional and friendly attitude Comfortable using computers, email, phones, and basic office software Organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently Good communication skills Sales or office experience preferred Self-storage experience is a plus, but not required Must have a valid driver's license Schedule Part-time, 15 to 25 hours per week Weekend availability required Saturday, Sunday, and Monday availability preferred Business hours are Monday through

Saturday:

8:00 AM to 6:00

PM Sunday:
