• Part-time Damaris Beauty Parlor is currently expanding and looking for experienced braiders and hairstylists to join our growing salon team.

We are especially looking for professionals who are available on weekends, as Fridays and Saturdays are our busiest days with high client demand. Some Sunday availability may also be needed during busy seasons and high-volume weekends.

Please note:

On Sundays, we operate beginning at 1:00 PM only. Ideal for stylists looking to build clientele and earn strong weekend income in a busy salon environment. This opportunity is ideal for motivated beauty professionals who are passionate about delivering quality services, professionalism, and an exceptional client experience.

Compensation:

Commission-based position. Income is based on services completed, tips, repeat clientele, and booking volume.

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their desired style and hair goals Perform services such as knotless braids, cornrows, sew-ins, tape-ins, quick weaves, twists, i-tips, protective styles, and more Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of tools and workstations Educate clients on healthy hair maintenance and aftercare Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to every guest Stay updated on current beauty trends, techniques, and products

Qualifications:

Experience in braiding and hairstyling required Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment Weekend availability is REQUIRED, especially Fridays and Saturdays Some Sunday availability may be needed Portfolio/photos of your work required before hire
