In this energetic role, you will ensure the smooth operation of hotel front desk functions, uphold guest satisfaction, and maintain accurate financial records. Duties Manage late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and guest accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing exceptional customer service Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and conducting safety inspections Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to support operational transparency Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and maintaining guest records Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably including night audit responsibilities Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, guest services procedures, and night audit processes Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and proactive problem-solving abilities Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and security protocols within a resort or hotel environment Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail Prior experience in guest relations or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
