Weekend Resident Assistant

Document incidents, resident interactions, and care activities thoroughly to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations. Requirements Prior experience in long-term care settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home & community care is highly preferred Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining high standards of resident care. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members
