LEADERSHIP ROLE

for our busy family practice. If you enjoy organizing and training a team for optimal efficiency, this may be your ideal career opportunity. Presenting treatment plans is a major part of this position, as is working with the doctors on practice management follow-through. Dental knowledge and experience are required for this leadership role as well as proven experience leading others.

• Optimizing systems already in place within our practice
• Coaching and leading others
• Scheduling for 3 doctors and 4 hygienists, along with your other administrative team members
• An interest in what is the latest and greatest in dentistry today
• Presenting treatment options and receiving payment when appropriate
• Leading morning huddles to share information with your clinical team
• Utilizing software technology to keep patients informed on upcoming care
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections
• Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
• Monday through Thursday, 7:45-5:00, with occasional Friday hours

Pay:

$25.00
