• MIG Welder / Fabricator

• What You'll Do
• Perform MIG welding on aluminum and/or steel components Weld, tack, and assemble parts according to specifications Read and interpret basic blueprints and measurements Fabricate components using .

035 wire and standard welding processes Weld in various positions, including flat and vertical Inspect welds for quality and consistency Use hand tools, grinders, and basic fabrication equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals

• What We're Looking For
• At least 6 months of MIG welding experience 1+ year of hands-on welding experience in a shop or production setting Experience welding aluminum or steel Ability to read a tape measure and interpret basic blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Fabrication or assembly experience Flux-core or TIG welding experience Manufacturing or shop welding experience

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
