Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and energetic Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute directly to the production of snowplow blades and wear parts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects using welding techniques in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding to join metal parts according to schematics and blueprints Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately to ensure proper fabrication Use hand tools, power tools, and calipers to prepare materials for welding and assembly Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on construction sites and manufacturing floors Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while ensuring quality standards are upheld Requirements Proven experience in MIG welding techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with attention to detail Mechanical knowledge of tools such as calipers, hand tools, power tools Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes Join us as a Welder and become part of a dedicated team committed to producing durable infrastructure products that stand the test of time! Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
