HIGHLIGHTS

$ 22.60/HR- $26.00/
HR Shift:
Monday - Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Under limited supervision, the Welder welds components together in a production environment.
THE DETAILS
Perform high‑quality welds in flat, vertical, and horizontal positions while following specifications, prints, and weld symbols. Set up, operate, and adjust various welding machines to meet standards, identifying and correcting weld defects independently. Weld steel and alloy components across multiple product lines using
MIG/GMAW
processes while maintaining accuracy and fixture condition. Meet productivity goals, promote quality improvements, and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
High school diploma/GED with at least one year of welding experience, technical training, or certification. Required to pass Welder I level internal weld test Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and technical documents; strong communication across all production areas. Demonstrated commitment to safety, PPE use, clean work practices, and adherence to procedures. Proven ability to learn, cross‑train, and adapt while delivering professional, high‑quality results.
