Shift:

8:00am-4:45pm Full-time schedule with potential overtime opportunities Position Overview In this role, you will perform basic MIG welding and tack welding on a production line. You will work closely with a manufacturing team to help meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on, fast-moving environment, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and staying busy throughout the shift. Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Willingness to work overtime when needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic At least two years of experience in MIG Welding Responsibilities Perform MIG welding and basic tack welding on production materials Assist with assembly and general production tasks as needed Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Keep up with production pace and team goals Work collaboratively with other team members on the floor Why Work With Crown Staffing?
