Welder/Fabricator - TIG

Duties Perform TIG welding on various metals, including sheet metal and pipe components, adhering to detailed blueprints and schematics. Fabricate custom parts and assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery such as press brake machines and plasma cutters. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and ASME codes & standards to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and maintain quality control throughout the production process. Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely to move materials and completed assemblies within the workspace. Conduct pipe threading, soldering, and ductwork fabrication as required for various projects. Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety protocols related to welding, machining, and construction site practices. LOCATION

> welding is a plus. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and mechanical drawings for accurate fabrication. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, and machining tools. Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements, material estimations, and quality checks. Experience with rigging operations, crane handling, forklift operation, and pipe threading techniques. Mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes, ductwork installation, soldering, and schematics interpretation. Excellent attention to detail combined with safety awareness; ability to work efficiently on construction sites or manufacturing floors. Valid certifications in welding (including TIG), ASME codes & standards preferred; additional certifications such as crane operation or forklift license are advantageous.
