• Full-time We're looking for a reliable, skilled welder to join our team on 1st shift.

The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality welds, works well independently, and is ready for welding a career. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following welding duties: Duties Operate welding equipment and tools, ensuring proper use and maintenance Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Perform welding tasks using MIG welding to company and industry standards Fabrication of metal components according to requirements Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy Work efficiently to meet production goals Operate overhead crane/forklifts Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist with additional fabrication tasks as needed Qualifications Previous welding experience 2-3 years preferred Ability to pass weld test Familiarity with plasma cutting techniques and equipment operation.
