Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Wellness Technician to support daily client services and operational flow within the clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wellness, loves helping people feel cared for, and thrives in a professional yet heart-centered environment. The Wellness Technician will assist with wellness therapies, client preparation, sanitation protocols, treatment room turnover, client education, and creating a premium guest experience from start to finish. No advanced medical license is required for the right candidate, but professionalism, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Hospitality Welcome and check in clients warmly and professionally Create a calm, safe, and elevated environment Offer hydration, comfort items, and wellness support throughout visits Assist clients before and after treatments Help clients understand basic wellness protocols and service flow Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Wellness Technology Support Potential responsibilities may include assisting with: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy setup and turnover Infrared sauna preparation Red light therapy support PEMF or biohacking technology setup Detox equipment setup and sanitation Vital sign collection and intake preparation Monitoring clients during non-medical wellness sessions Clinic Operations Maintain treatment room cleanliness and organization Follow sanitation and safety protocols Restock supplies and linens Assist with laundry and room turnover Help maintain premium presentation standards throughout the facility Support scheduling flow and operational efficiency Document treatment notes and client observations when appropriate Team Support Collaborate closely with practitioners and leadership Participate in training and team meetings Support special wellness events, retreats, and VIP experiences Adapt to evolving systems and operational growth

Pay:

From $25.00 per hour
