Whatnot Production Assistant

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our on-camera talent during live sports card breaks. You will operate fully off-camera and help keep our Whatnot streams running smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Run live shows alongside on-camera talent on Whatnot (training provided). Execute trades and manage interactive features in real time. Track which buyer purchased which auction and update show notes accurately. Continuously run giveaways and ensure winners are recorded correctly. Make sure all cards go to the correct designated location for each buyer with zero mix-ups. Communicate clearly with talent during streams to keep the show organized and on pace.

Help prep shows:

organize product, label teams/spots, and set up show sheets.

Assist with post-show wrap-up:

verify orders, reconcile any issues, and organize inventory. What We're Looking For Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, live environment. Extremely detail oriented with a "no mistakes" mindset around orders and cards. Highly organized and responsible; shows up on time and ready every day. Comfortable working with computers and learning new platforms (Whatnot experience is a plus but not required). Able to stay focused for long stretches and keep calm under pressure. Interest in sports cards, sports, or live streaming is a plus. Schedule Full-time, on-site. 40+ hours per week available (evenings and weekends may be required based on show schedule).

Pay:
