THE ROLE

We are seeking a Wholesale Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee the daily flow of wholesale orders from intake to final fulfillment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring orders are accurate, packaging is coordinated, customer needs are met, and production and delivery teams have the information they need to execute smoothly. This role combines customer account coordination, order management, packaging oversight, and internal communication to keep wholesale operations running cleanly and efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage daily wholesale order flow, including intake, confirmations, adjustments, and final processing Ensure all wholesale orders are entered accurately into internal systems (ERP platforms, spreadsheets, etc.) Coordinate packaging needs and product readiness to support accurate wholesale fulfillment Maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers through clear communication and reliable service Collaborate closely with production, packaging, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution Monitor order schedules, deadlines, and special requests to prevent fulfillment issues Maintain customer profiles, pricing structures, product specs, and account details Support onboarding of new wholesale accounts, including setup and communication processes Assist in forecasting by tracking order patterns, volume changes, and customer trends Resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, or logistical issues quickly and professionally Ensure product documentation, packaging requirements, and wholesale communications remain current and accurate

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in wholesale operations, fulfillment, customer coordination, or account support preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts High attention to detail, especially with orders, packaging, and logistics Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with spreadsheets, order systems, and ERP platforms (preferred) Ability to collaborate across departments and maintain operational clarity

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in wholesale, fulfillment, logistics, account coordination, or operations preferred Food production, bakery, or manufacturing experience is a plus ERP or inventory system experience is a plus Leadership potential and operational ownership are highly valued
