Weekend Indoor Playground Assistant Legacy Academy Activity Center Fitchburg, WI Job Details Part-time $15 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Child safety supervision Performing background checks Full Job Description The Legacy Academy Activity Center in Fitchburg, Wisconsin (a Madison suburb) is a highly regarded indoor youth playground designed for children up to 12 years old. Among our programs offered are a daily open gym play sessions, after school care, and children's birthday parties. The academy's owner is seeking one or two dependable adults to assist with the birthday party program. These are good part-time jobs for a college student or a semi-retired person. The dress code at work may be described as "casual nice". There is usually time available during birthday parties to read, study, or surf the web. The available weekly work shift hours are as follows:

Fridays:

4:30 pm (or 5:00 pm) to close (usually 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm);

Saturdays:

3:00 pm to close (usually 8:00 pm - 11:30 pm);

Sundays:

3:00 pm to close (usually 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm). Employees are not required to work on major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, the Fourth of July, or Labor Day. Additional work hours are often available as a sub for other staff members. The pay for this part-time position is $15.00 per hour. Paychecks are direct deposited into the staff person's bank account on or about the 1st day and 15th day of each month. Job applicants will have a driver's license and his/her own vehicle for transport to work since the academy is not located on a bus line. The academy is located near the AMC movie theater in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. An ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
