Excellent communication skills is a must . This is a 9am-3pm Mon - Fri position on-site and will require walking the building daily which could be up to 5,000 steps per day. This person must be a team player, have organization skills and be computer literate. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: follow all directives that come from main office, all paperwork for Move Ins, Move outs, Annual Certifications and Unit Inspections, delivery of notices to the tenant coming from main office, set up social functions, Spring/Summer garden/flower maintenance, Escorting exterminator to individual units, scouting the building inside and outside for any lease violations and enforcing the HUD lease with help from the main office.
