As a key player in our quick-service restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing delicious food, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms to meet health and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all food handling procedures to ensure the safety of our customers. Skills Strong upselling abilities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Proficient in cash register operation and cash handling practices. Previous experience in the food industry or quick service fast food restaurant preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with retail math for accurate transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
