Precast Concrete Laborer

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Precast Concrete Laborer and be a vital part of creating durable, high-quality precast concrete products used in various building projects. In this role, you will assist in the casting and finishing of precast concrete elements. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help us deliver exceptional results while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Setup of pre-made form work, installation of rebar, casting concrete pieces, and finishing the surfaces of completed pieces. Perform heavy lifting and assist with the transportation of precast panels using a forklift.

Requirements:

Prior construction experience with exposure to concrete forming, masonry, or related trades preferred, but not required. Familiarity with power tools, reading tape measures, and forklift operation. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Physical strength to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards. Knowledge of rebar installation and concrete finishing techniques is highly desirable. Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
