Wind Construction Safety Professional Snyder, TX

Job description Job Overview We are seeking one Wind Construction Safety Professional to support a wind turbine repower project in Snyder, Texas. This is a full-time field assignment for an experienced wind construction safety professional. Responsibilities Provide onsite safety oversight for wind turbine repower activities Conduct daily safety walks, field inspections, and observations Support JHAs, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning Monitor contractor compliance with site and client safety requirements Identify hazards and ensure timely corrective actions Maintain incident reporting and daily safety documentation Coordinate closely with project leadership and field crews Required Minimum 5 years of wind energy construction safety experience CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) OSHA 30 Strong working knowledge of fall protection, LOTO, and construction safety Experience on turbine construction, repower, or major component projects Ability to work extended shifts in an active construction environment Schedule 7 days per week, 10-12 hour days Full-time onsite, no rotation Compensation & Travel Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience Per diem provided Project Length Estimated 1 month Renew Safety Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
