Responsibilities:

The candidate will work as a Winding Team Technician C in an industrial setting w they will train or progress to perform tasks like insulation preparation and coil winding. They must demonstrate proficiency in multiple work centers within the Winding department over an 18-month period while maintaining safety standards and quality requirements. The job is for someone who helps make parts for machines by wrapping wires around them. This person needs to learn how to do different tasks safely and correctly in a factory.

Requirement:

Demonstrate the ability to satisfactorily perform in two (2) Winding department work centers within an eighteen (18) month period. Ability to receive and understand verbal and written technical instructions and respond in English. The ability to read and interpret information from s, factory orders routings and other internal documentation in hard copy or electronic formats. Function safely in an industrial manufacturing setting w factory physical conditions exist, including shift work as required. Attendance and punctuality topany standards. Use the overhead crane/hoist. Use appropriate gauges and measuring devices. Have the knowledge of basic mathematics needed to measure in fractions of an inch. Meet quality and productivity requirements. Follow lock out/tag out and other safety procedures. This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch. Pay Details:
