Occasional Saturdays with advance notice. About the Role We're hiring a full-time Technician to join our crew. You'll be out in the field every day as part of a 2-person team at high-end residential and commercial properties. No two days look the same, and no two properties look the same either. We'll train you on everything — windows, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning with our gutter vacuum system, the tools, the technique, and the customer experience. What we can't teach is attitude, energy, and showing up ready to work. That part has to come from you. What You'll Do Clean interior and exterior windows at residential and commercial properties Pressure wash and soft wash driveways, patios, siding, decks, and other exterior surfaces Clean gutters using a professional gutter vacuum system (no climbing into gutters by hand) Work alongside a crew partner to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard Interact with customers in a friendly, professional way Set up and break down equipment (ladders, water-fed poles, pressure washers, gutter vacs, squeegees, etc.) Drive to job sites in a company vehicle Keep equipment and vehicles clean and organized What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic — non-negotiable Great people skills and comfortable talking to customers Comfortable working outdoors year-round and being on your feet all day Comfortable on ladders and able to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license (required) Reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with the company No prior experience required. If you've worked in customer service, restaurants, retail, hospitality, landscaping, detailing, house cleaning, or any hands-on service job, you already have a lot of what we're looking for. • 20/hr based on experience, plus tips (most of our techs earn $700+/month in tips) Monday-Friday schedule, 8 AM-5 PM.
