Window Cleaning Technician Fast-Track to Leadership

What You'll Do Provide professional window cleaning services and deliver a 5-star experience to every customer Educate clients on our services and recommend add-ons when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and properly handle all equipment Represent MiNT's brand and culture in every interaction Work efficiently and safely, both independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For Someone who holds themselves to high standards 2+ years of sales experience preferred (door-to-door or customer-facing roles are a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Organized and dependable with great time management Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided) Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders

$50,000-$100,000+ per year (commission-based, depending on performance) Top technicians earn $250-$500+ per day
