The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive aesthetics and possess the technical skills necessary to apply window tinting films to various vehicles. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results that enhance both the appearance and functionality of vehicles. Duties Apply window tinting films to vehicles with precision and care, ensuring a flawless finish. Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and detailing prior to tint application. Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency in the tinting process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with other automotive repair tasks as needed, including basic vehicle maintenance, detailing, and glass replacement. Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required. Qualifications Proven experience in window tinting or related automotive services is preferred. Skills in auto body repair, vehicle maintenance, or automotive repair are highly desirable. Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to execute precise work under time constraints. Knowledge of Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) is beneficial but not required. Experience with auto glass installation or repair is an advantage. Must be able to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
